If you are a new volunteer at Blackridge Elementary, please read through and click all of the links below to start the process.

***All forms will download as a PDF***

FIRST: Watch the JSD Code of Conduct Video

SECOND: Print and complete Volunteer Application and Volunteer Code of Conduct Form

THIRD: Bring both completed forms to the Blackridge Office to be signed by the Principal.

FOURTH: Schedule an appointment with the District Office.

LAST: Take completed form (after it has been signed by the Principal) to the District Office to be fingerprinted.
