Student Enrollment

SKYWARD ONLINE ENROLLMENT

 

CURRENT JORDAN DISTRICT FAMILY?  PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

  • Visit jordandistrict.org
  • Select Parents & Students
  • Select Registration & Enrollment
  • At the top of the page select the BLUE icon that reads:
    • Enroll: Existing Account

You will be redirected to Skyward Family Access.  Please follow the instructions outlined below:

  • Please verify that you are on the correct webpage:  https://skystu.jordan.k12.ut.us/scripts/wsisa.dll/WService=wsEAplus/sfemnu01.w
  • Enter your login and password
  • Complete Steps 1-5 remembering to click on "Complete Step __ and move to Step __"
  • If you need to save your application and return later, you may choose the "Save and go to the Summary Page"
  • When all steps have been completed, select the "Submit Application to the District" button.

You will be redirected to Skyward Family Access Temporary Account.  Complete the required fields and submit the account request.  Once you've received your Skyward Login and Password, please follow the instructions outlined below:

  • Please verify that you are on the correct webpage:  https://skystu.jordan.k12.ut.us/scripts/wsisa.dll/WService=wsEAplus/sfemnu01.w
  • Enter your login and password
  • Complete Steps 1-5 remembering to click on "Complete Step __ and move to Step __"
  • If you need to save your application and return later, you may choose the "Save and go to the Summary Page"
  • When all steps have been completed, select the "Submit Application to the District" button.

Required Documentation

*The following documents can be either uploaded to the "New Student Enrollment Application Form" OR brought into the main office. Enrollment cannot be completed until these documents are received.

  • CURRENT IMMUNIZATION RECORD
  • CHILD'S ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE
  • GUARDIAN'S PICTURE ID
  • (2) PROOF OF ADDRESS (Examples of proof of residency can be found at this link)
