Students must use sidewalks whether walking, riding bikes, scooters, skateboards, etc., and stay out of the flow of traffic. For any streets without sidewalks, students should walk on the left side of the street facing the traffic.

Busing services are available to those students living farther than 1.5 miles from school. You may contact Jordan School District Transportation to see if your student qualifies for this service. If your student qualifies for busing services, we strongly discourage them from walking to school on an unsafe route.

STUDENTS LIVING IN THE ROCKY POINT AREA NORTH OF THE SCHOOL are encouraged to use the sidewalk on the east side of Rosecrest Drive and follow it to the Splash Pad Park where we encourage them to use the sidewalk to the stairs located on the northeast corner of the school grounds. This route through the park makes it so that students don't need to cross the drop-off and pick-up traffic lanes.

STUDENTS LIVING NORTH OF THE SCHOOL IN THE NEIGHBORHOODS ALONG CALLANDER AND LITTLE WATER are encouraged to make their way to the intersection of Prospero and Crown Rose where they will use the crossing guard located at the intersection to cross. Follow Crown Rose south to the park access northeast of the school. All students would then use the school grounds access stairs.

STUDENTS LIVING EAST OF THE SCHOOL BETWEEN SHAGGY PEAK ON THE NORTH AND LEILA ON THE SOUTH are encouraged to go west to Prospero and follow it to Crown Rose where they will cross Crown Rose with the assistance of the crossing guard and follow Crown Rose on the west side of the street to the park access northeast of the school. All students would then use the school grounds access stairs.

STUDENTS LIVING EAST OF THE SCHOOL BETWEEN LEILA ON THE NORTH AND ROSECREST ON THE SOUTH are encouraged to go west to Crown Rose on either Morning Blush or Rosecrest. They will use the crossing guard at Rosecrest and Crown Rose and follow the sidewalk on the north side of Rosecrest to the school entrance just in front of the school.

STUDENTS ON THE EAST OF JUNIPER CREST are encouraged to make their way to the intersection of Juniper Crest and Mt. Ogden Peak and use the crossing guard (if present). They should use the sidewalk on the south side of Mt. Ogden Peak to Rosecrest and continue on the south side of Rosecrest to Crown Rose. They will use the crossing guard at Rosecrest and Crown Rose and follow the sidewalk on the north side of Rosecrest to the school entrance just in front of the school.

STUDENTS LIVING IN THE NEIGHBORHOODS BETWEEN EMMELINE AND ROSECREST ON THE NORTH AND SOUTH, AND BETWEEN CROWN ROSE AND JUNIPER CREST ON THE EAST AND WEST are encouraged to make their way to Rosecrest using the most convenient route and then follow Rosecrest west using the sidewalk on the south side of the street to Crown Rose. They will use the crossing guard at Rose Crest and Crown Rose and follow the sidewalk on the north side of Rosecrest to the school entrance just in front of the school.

STUDENTS LIVING SOUTH OF EMMELINE are encouraged to get to Emmeline using the most convenient route, follow the sidewalk on the south side of Emmeline to the intersection of Emmeline and Crown Rose where the crossing guard will assist them across Emmeline. Go north on Crown Rose to the crossing guard at Rosecrest. They will use the crossing guard at Rosecrest and Crown Rose and follow the sidewalk on the north side of Rosecrest to the school entrance just in front of the school.
